When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and must be completed before March 1st, 2024. The course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
If I am a parked agent do I still need to complete the training?
Yes, you are still required to complete the FINTRAC training as you are still registered agents with the Brokerage. FINTRAC requires everyone parked or active to complete the course.
I already completed the FINTRAC training previously, do I need to complete it again?
Yes, you will be required to complete the course again. As of January 2024, FINTRAC has updated their forms and all active and parked agents must complete the updated training.
